At Offico we keep things simple — fast shipping, full tracking, and no surprises.
Australian Orders
All Offico products are warehoused in Australia. Most orders arrive within 2–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
We offer free shipping on all Australian orders — no minimum spend required.
New Zealand Orders
We ship to New Zealand on a flat rate of $9.95 AUD. Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within [confirm this with Dropshipzone before publishing] of being placed. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to meet our delivery estimates, occasionally delays can occur due to factors outside our control including high demand periods, carrier delays, or weather events. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, please contact us at offico.store@gmail.com and we'll investigate promptly.
Offico is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control once your order has been dispatched. However we will always do our best to resolve any delivery issues on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Offico is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order contact us immediately at offico.store@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Missing or Lost Orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order please first check with neighbours and in a safe location around your property. If you still can't locate your parcel contact us at offico.store@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
