Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email.

To start a return contact us at offico.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email offico.store@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required.

Change of Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind about your purchase contact us within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item we'll process your refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right product is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of the outcome within 1–2 business days. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment on their end.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor fault we may repair or replace the item. These rights cannot be excluded.
